    WTS International is the world’s leading consulting and management firm for spa, fitness and leisure facilities.  WTS is currently seeking an Assistant Lifestyle Director for Rolling Hills Estates, CA. The Assistant Lifestyle Director, under the direction of the Director, will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of the facility including: implementing marketing, training and scheduling staff, processing payroll, programming, facility management and maintenance, supervising the staff in each area of the Sports and Spa Center including; spa, front desk, fitness, pool and tennis areas, ensuring the highest levels of guest satisfaction are attained, using the ability to lead and motivate staff to achieve goals and exceed guest expectations.  The Assistant Lifestyle Director is eligible for service commissions on Tennis, Swim, Personal Training, or Massage with required licensing.  


    • Ensures the “WTS Experience” for members and guests by maintaining the standards set in WTS’ Basics to Excellence (BTE), WTS’ Mission Statement/Values; Standards and Expectations, and WTS’ Brand Standards.
    • Adheres to policies of the facility and WTS International.
    • Assists in developing a comprehensive standard facility operation’s manual, including written policies and procedures for all facility services, administration, and maintenance using the WTS operations template.
    • Assists as needed with submission of paperwork and financial reporting, including payroll, in accordance with WTS policy.
    • Provides excellent customer service and helps monitor guest feedback through regular communication with Director and members.  Helps to supervise and follow up on guest requests and comments
    • Assists in the recruiting and training, and supervision of all facility staff.
    • Assists in developing the staffing schedule to ensure adequate coverage.  
    • Ensure uniform and personal appearance of staff are clean, professional at standard for high end private club.
    • Keep track of inventories and orders supplies in anticipation of needs.
    • Assists in ensuring positive, productive and outstanding level of service by all staff, with team helping across all areas of facility as needed.
    • Comfortable giving verbal and written disciplinary feedback to staff when needed.
    • Supervises effective daily operations including opening and closing procedures, facility inspections, cash handling procedures, and general facility maintenance.
    • Assists in developing monthly client reports.
    • Implements proper inventory and purchasing procedures.
    • Ensures that all therapists, attendants and reception staff are implementing BTE.
    • Assists staff with lifting and storing facility equipment, furniture, and products to help maintain facility and prepare for special events.
    • Assists to ensure facility is only accessed by actual members and/or guests, and that it is safe and secure at all times.
    • Assists in developing and planning a diverse calendar of enjoyable programs and activities such as: fitness and wellness programs, aquatic programs, sports, life enrichment classes, special events, social events, spa or personal care services.
    • Assists in conducting new resident orientations including an introduction to the fitness center, facilities, services, programs, policies, and procedures.
    • Assists in the design, with use of templates, forms, flyers, and promotional materials to be utilized in daily facility operations.
    • Assists in preparing bulletins and flyers for display on bulletin board, intranet, cable, and for a possible activities newsletter and maintains bulletin board.


    • College degree or comparable work experience

    • Experience working with affluent clients and luxury setting preferred.
