WTS International, one of the world's leading leisure, spa and fitness consulting and management firms, is seeking an Activities Director. The Activities Director manages and oversees the daily operations to include a restaurant, bar and programming of the community residents that include current wellness trends. This position designs exciting programs, provides training to the staff, implements marketing and sales strategic plans with the support of the WTS corporate office, oversees facility maintenance, creates a positive team environment, and ensures the highest level of satisfaction to the residents and prospects. The Director serves as a liaison with the community’s homeowner’s association, the property management company and developer.
